We have our moving meditation on Saturday morning, a sweet, gentle “Yin” class for deep inward listening and movement. (I’m very excited to announce that this class will become a weekly class starting in September, on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30PM!!)
On Sunday we will have time for an extended closing circle if you guys would like that. Deeper check-ins, group discussions, etc. And, shall I book us a table at East is East for afterwards? It’s been a little while since we’ve dined together!
Also, I wanted to get your feedback on an idea I had, based on something what was brought up in the closing circle last week around contact dance. So we use the namaste “bow -out” gesture for declining an invitation to contact, what if we also used a hand gesture for inviting contact? My suggestion is; one hand on your heart and the other hand outstretched.
My sense is this could be a powerful gesture; it might be a valuable growth/learning edge for us to ask for authentic connection and contact.
Food for thought 🙂
Thank you so much for love and energy and support,
