From 1:00 to 3:00 pm on November 1, I will be hosting a free “Introduction to Conscious Dance”, right after a slightly beastly, Halloween-themed dance which will go until about 12:30. 

I can answer any questions you might have about the practice/genre, as well as the upcoming Coming Home workshop, myself, and all things Dance Divine related.  

This session is perfect for anyone how has perhaps been sitting on the fence… or, if you’re already dancing but would like to learn little more about conscious dance and get some helpful tips for your practice, please join us!
