The next Conscious Connected Breathwork Session will be happening on October 13, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Cambrian Hall, Vancouver, BC.

You are welcome to attend the dance beforehand for free if you’d like to get warmed up and into a body-based awareness before your breathwork session. The breathwork session is $65 p/p. Pre-registration is required, so please send an e-transfer to jelenamarda@novuscom.net by October 10 to hold your spot.
