Hello Dear Ones,

I’m definitely feeling excitement about the Fun, Saucy & Irreverent Women’s Only dance coming up this Saturday!

My hope for this Saturday is that we can come together as women and give each other permission to go places that we may otherwise feel a little more inhibited to go, in a deeply embodied way, so that we can reclaim what is ours to reclaim: space, permission, voice, disagreeableness, joy, size, femininity, magnitude, innocence, anger, desire, giddiness, clarity, choice, integrity, freedom, womanhood, accountability, trust… etc. 

What do you want to reclaim?
Can you find an authentic, embodied experience of that? 
Can your sisters help you with that? 

The event will be lightly facilitated with an opening, intention-setting circle, a full conscious dance set, and a closing/sharing circle with snacks. Please arrive on time, the opening circle will start at 2:15. 

I have some face paint for you in case you want to bring out your huntress/warrior/diva/little girl, etc. and you are welcome to dress up, bring a prop and bring something for the altar. 

Politics will be left at the door :-p
